Geekbench has discovered a Samsung Galaxy A15 running Android 14.
The Galaxy A15 has been detected on the Geekbench platform, indicating that Samsung is preparing to launch a new member to its A range. It will be the successor of the Galaxy A14 5G, with many updated software and hardware features.
According to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A15 comes in a 4G/LTE variant and has been listed on Geekbench under the model number SM-A155F. This model number means that the phone would lack 5G connection, have 4GB of RAM, and will ship with Android 14-based One UI 6.
It also appears to have an octa-core processor with two CPU cores running at 2.2GHz and six running at 2GHz. This is most likely the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, which can also be found in several other Samsung handsets.
Moving on, the smartphone earned 743 points in the single-core performance test and 2,005 points in the multi-core performance test on Geekbench 6. Aside from that, the listing provided no further information about the planned low-cost phone.
